What happens when you join our waitlist or contact us. Updated October 18, 2026.

Information you provide

The waitlist collects your email, your interest as a patient or provider, and an optional US state. Organization inquiries also collect your name, organization, organization type, and message. Please do not send medical information or details about patients.

How we use it

We use waitlist details for launch and early-access updates, and inquiry details to review and respond to your message. We record when you consented. Joining does not create an app account or verify ownership of your email address.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored privately in Nera’s Supabase database. Public visitors and regular app accounts cannot read the submission queue. Authorized Nera administrators can review it. Email sent directly to our contact address is handled by Gmail.

Preventing misuse

We limit repeated submissions. The intake service uses a daily keyed digest of the network address for this purpose; it does not store that raw address in the submission records. Rate-limit records older than 25 hours are removed when new submissions are processed. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical request logs.

Your choices

To leave the waitlist, correct your details, or ask us to delete your submission, email nikoskoss1@gmail.com using the address you submitted. We retain submissions while handling your inquiry or preparing launch outreach, unless you ask us to remove them.
